Unwavering Support – I will be with you every step of the way.  From searching for homes and making an offer, to when the inspection isn’t going so well and we need to negotiate fixes with the seller. From when the appraisal comes in low and we need to work with the seller towards a solution, at the closing table when you have questions about any of the forms and documents you are signing.  There are lots of steps and I will be with you for each one.

Strong Communication – Communication throughout the buying process is critical. If something isn’t working for you, I want to hear about it.  If something is working, I want to hear about that too.   Using a custom communication plan that takes into account your preferred communication methods I find works best.
