Meet Dale

Walked a mile in your shoes…

Having bought and sold my personal home multiple times I have not forgotten how thrilling, disruptive, energizing, tiring and exciting buying, selling and moving can be.  You may be down-sizing, up-sizing, buying your first home, moving due to a job transfer, or any of the many life changes that result in a home transition.  Having an expert in real estate who’s been there is crucial to a smooth and successful conclusion.

You are not alone…

You are not alone in the real estate world, I will be with you every step of the way.  Through all the preparation, negotiations, tons of paperwork, and the unexpected, I will have your back.  Your interests are always first because I know you are what matters most in any real estate transaction.

How I work…

My approach is collaborative and large helpings of integrity, honesty, and communication, and toped with a positive and energetic energy.   Staying calm, and a dash of humor helps to manage the stress and make any transition a bit more fun. I also bring real estate knowledge and a devotion to my clients that keeps bringing them back for more.

My past lives…

Having been a Sr. Project Manager at Boeing for multi-million dollar projects, I understand how critical process, schedules, risk, negotiations and follow through are to success.  I carry these skills with me wherever I go, especially in real estate.

Everything you wanted to know about Dale….

I have lived in the Seattle area for 30+ years.  I grew up in Chehalis, Germany and Iran (twice) graduating high school from Tehran American School.   My time away taught me many things including the value of a home that you love.  This has greatly influenced my approach to clients.

When I’m not pursuing my passion for real estate, I can be found singing with the Seattle Symphony Chorale, and playing piano, harp and vocals with music teams at my church.  I also went a little crazy a while back and became a licensed helicopter pilot.  I’m a big Seahawks fan and couldn’t be more excited about Windermere being their official real estate company!   Family is important to me – I’m an Aunt to 10, a Grand Aunt to 11 (and counting) and a Great-Grand Aunt to 1 (and counting).    I also have a bent towards remodeling and updating my home.  Just ask my two cats.
