Preparing to Buy a Home

Buying a home can be a time of high anxiety as well as excitement and fun.  It is my goal to minimize the stress and find as much enjoyment in every element of the process as we can. I have bought and sold my personal home a number of times and personally understand the stresses and strains it can take, as well as the joy and delight.

I understand that the home you are buying is most likely your biggest financial investment.   It is also your home.  Understanding and respecting those two essential elements is core to how I approach my clients and business. There is the emotional side of falling in love with a home and being excited to call it yours as well as the intellectual side that evaluates investment potential and the amount of work that needs to be done to get you what you really want.  I will be the that cool head of reason and help you weigh your options.
