Strong Communication – Communication throughout the selling process is critical.  When your house is on the market you will hear from me about the number of showings, questions from other Brokers, and any information about what is happening with your home.   Also, if something isn’t working for you, I want to hear about it.  If something is working, I want to hear about that too.   Using a custom communication plan that takes into account your preferred communication methods I find works best.
